What surprised you most about your first day at seminary?
The size of my closet.  I installed a shelving unit on a free wall to hang clothes.

What do you look forward to most about priesthood?
Leading and guiding my parishioners in the love of Christ and the spreading of His Gospel.

What advice would you give to someone discerning priesthood?
If you think that the Lord may be calling you to priesthood, spend considerable time praying about that call.  Listen with your heart, and observe the signs around you.  Have others mentioned it to you?  Has your pastor asked you to consider the priesthood?  Do the circumstances of your life lead you in this direction?  And pray some more, asking Jesus to help you make the right decision.
