How did you get to this point?
I didn’t seriously consider priesthood until I was a few years out of college. Over time, I realized the good work that priests do and that I might be called to serve the Lord in this special way. Even after I started to discern the priesthood, it still was a tough decision for me to make the jump to enter the seminary. After I visited a few seminaries, I realized that I had to at least try out the seminary because I felt God was calling me there.
Since I’ve entered the seminary, I’ve had a very good experience. The seminary environment allows you to deeply discern God’s calling for your life. I’ve had many opportunities to share my faith with others and I’ve also made many good friends in the process.
